Or you can download the FASHOR application on your mobile devices.
We suggest you to create a login which would help you to see your order history as well.
What is your return / exchange policies?
We accept return / exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product(s) should be unused and preserved in its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. In case any of the above are missing your return request would not be approved. Exchange / Refund is initiated once the outfit is delivered to our warehouse and passes the necessary quality process. The entire process takes 12 working days. In case the returned outfit fails the quality check the refund / exchange would be put on hold.
Is COD available?
Yes, COD option is available for order value upto INR 4,999. Orders above INR 5,000 will be have to be pre-paid
Do I need to ship the product on my own in caseof return?
Yes, we accept payments through all channels – Internet Banking, Mastercard, Visacard, UPI.
However, we do not have facility to accept international cards for now.
Is shipping free within India?
Order value below INR 1,000 will be charged additionally for shipping. Orders above INR 1,000 shipping is free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we are shipping products worldwide.

How can I cancel my order?
Sorry, this facility is not available on website / mobile application. Please send your Order ID to care@fashor.com or call us at 988422300 with your request. Our customer support would get in touch with you thereafter.
Do you have any discount coupons?
You can use “FIRST10” code if you are our first-time buyer, for latest upcoming offers you can follow us on our social media pages.
How do I know if my order is confirmed or dispatched?
You will get an order confirmation message after you successfully place your order with us, the same will be shared via mail and WhatsApp. In case you still have not received it you can reach out to our support team. Likewise, once the order is shipped you will get email and WhatsApp notification.
My order was cash on delivery, how will I get my refund back?
At the time of raising your return request for the refund mode you can opt from the following
Store credits - Gift card voucher against return
Bank transfer
Can I place order for an outfit which is out of stock?
Sorry, our system is not designed in that manner. In case your desired size is currently out of stock in that case can give submit your email and you would be notified in case the sizes are replenished.
I have a Fashor gift card from my earlier purchase, how can I use?
We share the gift card details to your registered mail ID, you can simply copy/paste your card voucher code on the discount code or gift card box (just below the shipping details) at the time of checkout.
